The MENTALcheck® uses one of the oldest and most effective forms of therapy, sound therapy, and combines this with modern biofeedback. Using a sensor, the MENTALcheck® uses your electrodermal activity to detect how relaxed or stressed you are, and trains you to relax better and sleep more peacefully.
TEST IT NOWYou will hear acoustic feedback relating to the seven relaxation stages via the headphones depending on your individual stress level. The goal is to reach stage 7 with the MENTALcheck® – this is the level of deep relaxation where you can recuperate (the theta and delta wave range).
Beta waves (15 - 30 Hz) Brainwaves of normal consciousness, external attention, logical, scrutinising and conscious thought. In this phase you are receptive and focused.
Alpha waves (14 - 8 Hz) Brainwaves of a relaxed, laid-back mind, produced when daydreaming and visualising. Alpha waves are the gateway to meditation. They are usually produced when the eyes are closed. During this phase one visualises and consolidates what has been learned, thoughts are creative.
Theta waves (7 - 4 Hz) Subconscious brainwaves. They are particularly prevalent in dreams (REM sleep), in deep meditation and during creative states. We experience intuitive, vivid and visual images.
Delta waves (3 - 0.5 Hz) The lowest frequency brainwaves. They represent the unconscious mind. In a dreamless sleep – the relaxing part of the sleep cycle – we generate only delta waves. The body activates its self-healing powers, and the immune system works at full blast.

The MENTALCheck® measures your stress level. The MENTALCheck® tells you how much your stress level has been reduced by giving you acoustic feedback to signify stage changes. When you are totally relaxed, you will reach stage seven.
TEST IT NOWPlease get into a relaxed seated or lying position before use. Ensure that you will not be disturbed for at least 10 minutes and then enjoy one of the three sound therapy programmes in seven stages.
Below we show you the variety of places in which our customers use the MENTALcheck®. The sky is the limit.
Using finger sensors, the MENTALcheck® measures electrodermal activity between the thumb and index finger to detect how relaxed or stressed you are. The highly complex and completely unique process was developed and produced in Germany.
