Andullation and visceral fat

Not all fat is equal – it makes a huge difference where the fat is in the body. Fat on the belly (also called visceral fat) weighs particularly heavily on health.

The fat cells on the abdomen are biochemically highly active. They produce harmful substances that are released into the bloodstream. These are all inflammatory and therefore dangerous. In addition, plaque is deposited on the walls of the blood vessels. Heart attacks, strokes, arteriosclerosis and increased risk of death are some of the consequences. Andullation can act selectively on visceral fat and help in the breakdown, as well as the prevention of new visceral fat. This reduces the risk in the fat cells of the abdomen.
