Functionality of the discs

Discs are often the cause of back pain. Through our stressful everyday life, our intervertebral discs become more stressed and less relieved. As a result, the blood flow is disturbed and the ability to function is reduced.

In order to maintain the functional capability of the intervertebral disc, it must be regularly stressed but also relieved. Back complaints usually occur because we are straining the discs by sitting and standing for a long time. Due to our stressful everyday life, it is often not possible to bring relief. The intervertebral discs are thus not properly perfused and there is a lack of nutrients and thus a reduction in function. Andullation can help and relieve the strain. By the mechanical vibration, our blood is set in motion and the circulation is thereby promoted. Nutrients return to our discs and prevent functional impairment.
